When will i receive my order?
I work really hard to get your orders out as fast as possible. With that being said, your order will have a maximum 7 day turn around time.
Shipping within Canada typically takes 2-3 business days.
Shipping to the United States can take up to 14 business days.

WHat is your return policy?
As long as items are unused, unwashed and in original condition you may return them for a full refund.
With that said, any return shipping expenses will be at the cost of the buyer.
HOw do i care for my products?
Hand washing is always best. Always lay flat to air dry.
For the Beanie’s make sure you remove the Pom-Pom for washing.
how do i fluff up my Pom?
Believe it or not, use your blow dryer and within seconds your pom with be fluffy and like new!
