ACCOUNT

When you make a purchase from the Shop, you may create an account as part of the checkout process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and restricting access to your password and account. You further agree to accept responsibility for all purchases and activities that occur under your account.

Continuous Subscriptions: When you register for a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (a) Bean and Bear Co. (or our third party payment processor) is authorized to charge you on a recurring basis for your subscription for as long as your subscription continues, and (b) your subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or stop providing access to the sites or products in accordance with these terms.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging in to your account and following the cancellation procedures. Your cancellation will be effective immediately, but you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next recurring payment date. You are responsible for all subscription charges incurred before the effective date of your cancellation.

In the event you cancel your subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices for products and the associated shipping costs are shown in Canadian dollars. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice, even if you have already placed your order. All prices are subject to change without notice.

In the case of subscriptions, we will notify you by e-mail should any items in your subscription be changed, discontinued or altered in price. After being notified, it is your responsibility to log on to your Bean and Bear account and make any necessary adjustments to your existing subscription items. If no action is taken, we will automatically deactivate your subscription and notify you via e-mail. Should you like to continue subscribing after the account has been deactivated you will be required to create a new subscription order.
